GENERAL CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. All rates are in Thai Baht (THB), taxes and service charge are inclusive;
  2. Extra bed is not available;
  3. Baby cot is available and free of charge;
  4. Wi-fi internet connection available and free o charge;
  5. Airport Transfer will be charged THB 500= per one way (max. 5 persons);
  6. Compulsory Gala Dinner on 31 Dec. 2012 will be charged THB 2,500= per adult, THB 1,000= per child (4-12 years old); children under 4 years old free of charge;
  7. Check-in time at 12:00 hrs, Check-out time 11:00 hrs;
  8. Deposit/guarantee requested for booking: approx. 25% of total booking amount;
  9. Deposit amount is not refundable;
  10. Peak Season: minimum stay of 5 (five) nights is requested;
