GENERAL CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. All rates are in Thai Baht (THB), taxes and service charge are inclusive;
  2. Extra bed is not available;
  3. Transfer from/to airport/ferry will be charged THB 600= per one way (max. 5 persons), THB 1,200 (max. 10 persons). In this case the Guest  will send to Mango Village the flight's details in advance by email (info@mango-village.com) or fax (+6677232237);
  4. Compulsory Gala' Dinners on 31 Dec. 2010 will be charged THB 2,500= per adult, THB 1,000= per child (4-12 years old); children under 4 years old free of charge;
  5. Check-in time at 12:00 hrs, Check-out time 11:00 hrs;
  6. Deposit/guarantee requested for booking, 30% of total amount (payment and deposit are not refundable);
  7. Peak Season: minimum stay of 5 (five) nights is requested;
  8. Low Season: minimum stay of 7 (seven) nights, discount 10% from published room rates;
  9. Any cancellation must be sent as soon as possible to Mango Village by email (info@mango-village.com) or fax (+6677232237);
